But later, we discovered the heartbreaking truth: Ammar doesn't have a weak heart muscle. His real illness is severe chest problems and allergies ๐๐จ. The fear, pain, and betrayal have left us devastated, both emotionally and financially ๐๐ญ.
Today, as Ammar's mother, I'm sharing our story to warn other parents โ ๏ธ and ask for your support for my son Ammar ๐๐ปโค๏ธ. Ammar still desperately needs medical care, milk ๐ผ, diapers, allergy medication ๐, and basic necessities to survive.
