May 2018 bring you love, strength, self-acceptance, happiness, health & peace. 

The local newspapers reported very detailed how 2 people attempt suicide & how one of them died & one’s serious injured. Aside from the detailed reported they also shared pictures of the scene. Then they ended up calling it an accident. I’m so mad, I can’t even find the right words now. There’s no need  to post pictures & detailed informations about a suicide. By posting the details their risking that other suicidal people get triggered & die by suicide exactly the same way. The other thing that really bothered me was the fact that they called it an accident. If I trip over something, fall on the street & get hit by a car it might be an accident but if I meet up with a second person, go to a specific place & try to end my life at that place in a specific planned way it wasn’t an accident - it was a suicide. The saddest part about this story is that two people met, went to a place & wanted to end their life together there, so it was most likely a (longer) planned suicide. The media should call it out as what it is. A suicide is a suicide, there’s no accident in it. An illness or a deep sorrow took one life & almost took the life of the second person included in it as well. Being a person who’s struggling a lot with suicidal tendencies I was mad about the way the newspapers was talking about it but right now it’s night here, my madness turned into a sadness. I couldn’t get the newspaper reports & the pictures out of my mind & around 2.30 am my sadness led me over into deep suicidal thoughts.
