these are some sketches I made for the film Midnight Cowboy, for a poster assignment

the goldfinch is just *does drugs* *does drugs* *commits a crime* *falls deeply in love with another boy and forms an unbreakable bond with him directly affecting every choice you make for the rest of your life as you take care of him for this rush of a summer, and you fall asleep every night curled into each other like parentheses. like you match.* *meets him again years later only for him to be the one taking care of YOU now as he solves all of your problems. he’s your anchor now.* *does drugs*
