I am very, very disappointed in Kousuke.

Here’s why…

Kousuke witnessed Nol save Shin-Ae but instead of thanking him he YELLED at him and stormed off?? I understand he’s confused about if Nol dropped them or not but he didn’t even give Yeong-Gi a chance to explain himself.

I saw a lot of posts on Instagram saying “OMGGG HOW CUTE!! Kousuke stayed at the hospital with Shin-Ae!❤️” and I just have to disagree. Sure he stayed with her, but the moment she woke up he only overwhelmed her with all of this information. She is clearly in distress, and Kousuke should know her emotional and physical health come before these problems.

I think I’m most upset about this one. Kousuke should’ve defended Yeong-Gi. I don’t care if he has any physical proof. Q-Tip knows that Nol is innocent but he still said nothing because he has too much pride. Yeong-Gi does not deserve this treatment after everything he has done.

As of now, Kousuke has lost my respect and unless he has a major redemption arc I don’t see him earning that back any time soon.

THANKS!! I can’t say i take requests because I don’t have much time to draw but!!! It’s true I’ve never drawn Vanderwood before so……..I went a bit overboard pfft I had fun with my brush 😁

Okay, I imagine Vanderwood as a child is actually neglected. He lives in a middle class family but probably lots of siblings and one parent and he’s the youngest with a 7-8 year difference from the older sibling and people kind of forget about him a lot. He gets pretty chill about it, kind of sceptical early. What bonds? What family? He has to fight for a temporary attention from his parent to provide him with whatever that he wants. He develops his selfishness early.

His house was probably a huge mess too and there’s never enough cleaning getting done and it’s so gross. Everyone is so gross. Don’t touch me.

In school, he got into a bad hazing incident once where the seniors took things too far and people got injured but despite doing no wrong, Vanderwood still got punished by the school teachers and administration. He’s since then become resentful and wary of authorities or people in power. He even got scolded by his parent and so the world feels so full of injustice.
