Spring Event 2017 Log | Complete

Fleet comps above are for Easy mode as always, and for my runs through E-2 to E-5 respectively. Some ships are still being repaired and their equips are being rotated around for other maps, but I can share fleet comp without equips

Captions should have some footnotes, but just in case: Event is so much easier than last season, but E5 is just a total pain in the ass because of 2 HP bars

E1 (no screenshot): I don’t recall specifically what my fleet was, but its mostly ASW anyway. 1CL, 4 DDs, 1FBB iirc  

E2: DDs used were those who could equip daihatsus and Suzy had 2 barrels. This is only for the TE bar of course.

E3: Combined Fleet: STF  Notes: CV(L)s had Reppuus (or better) w/ a Saiun Fighter Power range 470~476

E4: Either fleet comp works, but the 2nd one might work better especially with fighter power 1) Ooyodo Kai, Yuudachi Kai Ni, Ayanami Kai Ni, Akizuki Kai, Suzuya Kai Ni, Kumano Kai 2) SS, CAV, 4 CV(B) Switch up the SS if needed and use a good turbine. If you’re lacking one, a seaplane might be an alright alternative if nothing else. Be careful of Nodes C as the new CVL can bring your sub down to Medium/ Heavy Damage Fighter power range was somewhere between 300-380. Adjust values based on difficulty. 400+ may be ideal

Notes: Boss is installation type and is like 6-5 but a lot easier.  Akizuki’s 4th equip: Bofors 40mm Quadruple Autocannon Mount Suzuya’s 4th equip should be a WG42 not a radar

E5: Boss Node 1  Combined Fleet: CTF (Begins South Route) Still being tested around with; some ships or equips may be changed around because I’m running an extra node to the boss. Not sure if its a comp, RNG or something else. There was a choice node and going north leads you off route to a BBhime which may or may not be needed for debuffing.  Switched out the following: Sakawa →  ABKM Kai Ni (Kyouhouteki + 20.3 (no.3)  Yuudachi Kai Ni → Akizuki (AACI setup + bonus AA gun) Haguro Kai Ni → Maya Kai Ni (AACI setup + bonus AA gun) Not sure if routing is supposed to go from L-M-R or if I can instead go L>R Might be an LoS check, but I don’t recall. FWIW My Los (based on formula 33) was around 60-70 and still had to go through two nodes before the boss.  Historical Route

Boss Node 2 Combined Fleet: STF (Begins North Route) Choice Node at J. Node K iirc contained a BBHime. Not sure if that is required for a debuff or anything...but pick your poison. Node N contains 2 Ta-class BBs Boss support was used because I couldn’t do enough damage without it. (equips included)
