Is it normal to feel like you wanna smash your head against a wall after every conversation you have with someone you’re not comfortable around no matter how well the conversation goes? Or is that social anxiety cause holy fuck does it make me hate myself and never want to talk to anyone ever cause I always get this horrible feeling afterwards

And I know that it doesn’t matter what people think. I KNOW that I don’t want people in my life that don’t love me for exactly who I am. So why does my mind go blank when I’m with people I don’t know very well? Why do I forget how to be myself when someone might judge me? I know that I shouldn’t care but that doesn’t mean that I don’t freeze up in those situations. And by freeze I actually mean sweat my ass off
