This has probably been the hardest thing to swallow since this whole basement debacle. We were collecting all the Virtual Boy games with console and we only had 10 left. $2000 (if we had the right buyer). I know we won't get more than exactly what we bought it for (thank goodness for insurance), but it is sad. Finally did some art that felt good. I think being off my first set of meds helped kick start things again. Though depression definitely set back in. This this pic. I still like it. I am confident in my self, but at the same time feel hollow inside. New set of meds should help even me out. Sorry for the lack of art, and then the over abundance of posts about my mental state. I feel we need to be transparent about how we feel. It is nothing to be ashamed of, and I want to help break the stigma of thinking you are "crazy or broken" if you need help. Everyone has rough periods, and we all need help from time to time. TL;DR I got a pen set and nibs, like it so far. So I was getting tired of buying super expensive liners to have the tips get all f'd up, no matter how careful I was, and always running out of ink super fast. I figured I would try out a pen set with all the fancy schmancy nibs and a bottle of ink. Still getting super used to it, and it is kinda a pain to keep dipping the pen, but I like the nibs and being able to control the flow. I am feeling happy about this purchase, even though the ink isn't that waterproof. #longpost #newpens #speedballart #higginsink
