I have Clementine still living with Louis and AJ. Headcanon that Clem trained hard to give up crutches. (Let's all ignore the existence of the comic, it's undeniably a real piece of shit)

I also think that Clem will never have children of her own. I want to think so because in the world of twd the chance of dying during childbirth is too high. I think Louis himself will be very much against it, based on his character.
