Big news drop today! (9/4 in Japan):

Hanagumi’s Mano Kazuma, Miku Rinka, and Misato Reina will be out of the remainder of Haikarasan due to poor health (not coronavirus).

The next top combi of Yukigumi will be Ayakaze Sakina and Asazuki Kiwa, who will be transferring back to Yukigumi effective 11/16. Asazuki Kiwa, who will be ken-12 when she assumes the post of top musumeyaku, is the oldest top musumeyaku (class-wise) since Hoshigumi’s Nagisa Aki, who became top at ken-14.

Soragumi’s Yumeshiro Aya will also be transferring to Yukigumi effective 9/16.

The retirement date for top stars Nozomi Fuuto and Maaya Kiho has been moved to 4/11/21. Tamaki Ryou and Misono Sakura will now be retiring on 8/15/21.

Nagina Ruumi will be starring in her own concert in Bow Hall October 12-15 of this year, titled “Passion d’Amour —Dream of Love—”

Hoshigumi’s Romeo & Juliette: 2/12-3/29 in Takarazuka, 4/16-5/23 in Tokyo

Hanagumi’s Augustus/Cool Beast!!: 4/2-5/10 in Takarazuka, 5/28-7/4 in Tokyo

Tsukigumi’s Ouranki/Dream Chaser: 5/14-6/21 in Takarazuka, 7/9-8/15 in Tokyo

Haikarasan’s cancellation period has been extended through 8/31, with the fate of the performances from 9/1 on to be announced later. They have also decided not to reschedule the previously canceled shinjin kouen and Tomo no Kai talk event.

Yukigumi’s Fiery Bolero/Music Revolution -New Spirit-, which is currently in rehearsal, is being suspended for now. The company is looking at rescheduling (both the general sale date and the show itself) and will announce an updated schedule at a later time. 

According to Yahoo news, testing the remainder of the Hoshigumi cast and staff yielded no more positive results beyond the one originally announced.

I have finished the subtitles for Soragumi’s El Japón (2019-2020).

I know I don’t often subtitle anything that isn’t Tsukigumi, but when I watched El Japón earlier this year it stole my heart, so I really wanted to add this to the list of the shows I translated.

The subtitles are timed to the dvd version.
