Second goal done ✅ Let me start by saying it wasn’t easy but when you make the best of something and are mentally prepared for something it does make it better 💪🏼 I have a plan and I’m sticking to it, focus is a very important part and knowing what you want and WHY you want it!! So lunch is served 🍴 A little update of my first week healthy journey is that it was not easy, I had to force myself to eat on time, put reminders, I have some habits to change and that’s why I made a meal plan for a week. It was good but not gr8 so I’m doing the same thing this week because I need for it to be great 💯 Yesterday I had an awesomely unplanned day and food wise it was terrible!!!
