This weather has been crazy and now we’re stuck in a blackout. My phone battery’s running low which is frustrating but I can deal with it. I don’t have to go to the theater so right now I’m cuddled up with my son. We have blankets and a fire going if anyone needs a warm place.

I have never seen something like that and this weather can be a bit scary. I’m lucky enough to have a fully charged phone but I know it won’t last long even though I have my fingers crossed for that. I’m really worried about my shop and I might risk it to go out and check. I have my dog with me so, at least I have some company.

I started the year out by signing up for ESL class and I showed to the first class and they try to tell me that there is an occasional six vowel. I don’t think that class is going to work out. And people think Russian is hard.

I was not the smartest kid in school, is it weird saying that out loud? But to remember a couple of things I would write them over and over again in a notebook until I’ll actually learn them. I don’t know if you would like this idea but it was very helpful for me. I tried to speak Russian once, let’s just say I killed every word I tried to pronounce.

Do you think this is too much to show up to the first day back to my class with? I just want to prove I’m still young like the Sociology professor and her big… text books. 

As long as you feel comfortable wearing it, I’d say you should give it a try. You’re looking really good on it.
