Van's new refs. He got a slight redesign because people seem to read him as gigachad buff or stocky but he's more on the thin side while still retaining muscle definition. Plus none of his current refs really portrayed much about his character outside of random facial expressions. Van's new refs. His neck length was also inconsistent in all my drawings like I couldn't decide if he was a dragon or a horse. Which probably did not help. Ultimately will be drawing him with a long dragon neck from now on.
