Thought it looked nice.
It was the abnormally long glass bottles that drew me to take this photo.

Nepal is full of nature and peaceful views.
Looking out a window like this is nothing shy of common in Nepal, no matter where you go. Mounts of nature and mountains to be seen.
More than anything Faro, Olhao, Quelfes, where filling with the most wholesome people and dreamy sights. This is just one of the many beautifully decorated homes we passed during our stay.
Before the pandemic put a halt on the worlds travel plans, my mother and I took a trip to Faro in Portugal.
One of the places we stayed in was an enchanted cottage in the most beautiful Quelfes. Everyone here owned cars and drove everywhere. One day, rather than taking a taxi, we decided to walk the hour to Olhao’s main attraction.
This is one of the many dreamy sights we saw.
Barely any cars passed us as we walked on the rocky path to the main roads. We were only greeting by residents guard dogs barking and howling at us, every house and land we passed. The only dogs we saw to be calm were surprisingly stray dogs resting under the shade of a few trees outside a church.

“PRIDE” says the sign in the back.
Had a 24 hour set back on my journey last year to Nepal. Due to the monsoon season our plane couldn’t land in Kathmandu. So after being in flight, hovering over the airport for an hour, our plane was sent to Kolkata, India for the evening remains and night. Before the hustle to the hotel, we were stranded inside the plane for 7 HOURS. Which was longer than our actual flight. I slept for the most part but it was truly a mess. After a distressful hustle to get out of the plane and to the entrance, having our passports taken away and no information provided to us. We waited cluelessly. Whilst waiting for instructions most of our fellow passengers made the terrible mistake of leaving the airport. So were stranded outside in the humid, humid Kolkata night. As once exited you cannot re-enter. Standing alone, confused as ever, I met two spectacular young women. Sabbu and Ellie. Finally when the coaches came to rescue, we had a minor scuffle with a very entitled passenger who complained about Ellie pushing up against her. Despite Ellie clearly being pushed by the force of everyone else trying to get onto the coach.
The two so kindly let me tag along with them and share a hotel room. That night I slept with a stranger. Ellie and I took the double bed, while Sabbu sweetly took the fold-up bed that was wheeled in next to the window.
This is Sabbu.
Although I hadn't seen my long distance boyfriend, Bibek, in so many months, meeting Sabbu and Ellie made it more than bearable. Certainly more than bearable, memorable, cherish able.
