feel like i needa do full update so:

i weighed in at like 239 this morning.

i fasted all of today and i haven’t been eating much in general. my work is extremely physical and i never have time to eat their.

i started talking to a boy and i’ve convinced myself he won’t date me until im thinner so that’s awesome. he’s great tho.

my goal for this month it finish the month at 230 at the most. it’s possible as long as i keep with my fasting and whatnot.
