The Matoran assumed that either they had some kind of secret Toa home, or that someone had put something together, or even that they don’t sleep- I mean, surely their Toa protectors would have said something by this point if it wasn’t the case, right

The Toa never thought to ask and just kinda find a nice quiet spot somewhere to nap

Tahu is the smallest Toa and 90% of his rage can be traced back to this fact

Winter fashion Malum

Haha bet you nerds thought I was dead

Well okay I am a little. Been super busy with a lot of things. But, a tradition is a tradition, and while there won’t be as many Malums this year, I’ve at least prepared some in the last two hours or so before midnight

I did this a while back ayy

Andrax: Tries to be responsible but is a pushover

Armani: Is responsible but fun responsible. Funsponsible

Zee: Heck yeah maccas

Burra: Will do a hook turn into a Bunnings parking lot for the sausage sizzle out front, but the same energy is there

Xenia: Excitedly orders 20 chicken nuggets and then eats them all herself to establish dominance. Only those who manage to get around her unbreakable defences are worthy of chicken nuggets

Zuthra: Hears children chanting, thinks “Hm yes I suppose I should treat myself”, orders herself food, tastes it, finds it lacking in worth (which is the main deciding factor on what’s delicious to her species), and throws it into the back seat for the children to devour

Rorohiko: Will get a coffee in the drive-thru to keep himself awake for his all-night coding session while reminding the children he’s pretty sure he has like, an apple, or something, back at home.

Doodled out a character of mine I don’t talk about enough, Armani

Armani is a Sister of the Skrall who was born with a rare genetic defect, causing her body to express the Leader type genes usually only found in males. She Mulan’d her way into the Skrall military, posing as a male Elite Skrall (an exceptionally tall one, but seeing as Tuma would probably assume he’d know of any Leader class that had joined his army, she got away with it)

She was aware of major problems in Skrall society- especially the flaws in Tuma’s rule, like leaving all the women to die who even does that, and got to work studying literally anything to do with successfully running a society, rather than the pure military experience Tuma seemed to have. She plotted to overthrow Tuma but then a little gold nerd did it for her, so she just overthrew Stronius, the next in charge, and announced her rightful place as the new Leader- along with announcing her gender

She is a perfectionist and is under a lot of pressure to be perfect- she’s very aware that her claim to leadership is an odd loophole, and if she makes a single mistake, her precarious hold on her position could be overthrown before she has the chance to make things better. She aims to have a proper, real alliance with the Agori (and now, the other civilisations arriving from the MU and wherever else), as well as eliminating the weird gender stuff Skrall culture has. She’s also not too fond of the class system, believing that a caste someone is born into shouldn’t decide their entire life, but unfortunately it and Skrall culture’s strict adherence to it is the main thing keeping her in power for now.

She is a very friendly, outgoing person, exuding charisma in an aura strong enough to almost be a physical presence that makes you feel like you can achieve all your dreams. She is always keen to listen and help those who need it. No one knows when she sleeps, or if she sleeps, with all the work she does

I also had the random thought “what if Skrall Leaders are the only Skrall who can grow facial hair”, and I really like that, so Armani has a nice well-shaven beard/sideburn combo. You best believe she revealed her true place in Skrall society by pulling her helmet off dramatically and showing off that she hadn’t shaved for a while
