Do any other trans men watch football (or soccer for the USians), especially international tournaments like the world cup or euros, and feel just extremely upset and mourning at the way players show such casual affection to one another? Feeling like that kind of easy comradery with other cis men is something that is unattainable, cause I'll never fully be one of them, I'll always be on the outside of such relationships. It's such a crushing, hollow feeling. The current world cup is dredging up all these feelings again, and I needed to express it somewhere. Gender dysphoria is a bitch, man.

So I've had a thought about some super cool PHM coincidences...
Obviously Ryland Grace's name is a reference to the Hail Mary prayer line "Hail Mary full of Grace", this is nothing new. BUT the next line is "the Lord is with thee", and the film was directed by Phil LORD. It was also directed by CHRISTOPHER Miller, and St Christopher is the patron saint of travellers, travellers such as Grace and Rocky.
I find biblical symbolism needlessly fascinating so I just really had to share these thoughts with SOMEONE (noone is gonna see this but anygays) so yeah, pretty cool coincidence. I'm not one to say it was "meant to happen" but it sure is pretty cool that it did :p
