Naming the red psychologist skin to psychiatrist and turning them into a shark since I don't know what species they are
ALSO since I noticed that when you shoot anomalies they simply faint (unless shot twice), get up and run; don't you think some higher up would like to find a way to have that immortality for themselves? What If they're purposefully taking in affected people to get samples from them and create their own, more controlled, virus? Kind of like the headcanon of intern being the only anomaly to remain civilized.
I feel like every patient must already have been somewhat infected, and that's why they can't die right away- we only seem to kill those who can't blend in.
Ik this is probably just for game mechanics and avoiding graphic violence but I think we can still make cool lore ideas out of it π«Ά god i love this game

I'm very much onto the idea of both Intern and Agent being anomalies. I think dr Harlow knew and allowed them in on purpose (if he's got any say on this at all. If not, then definetly the Organization).

Have you ever noticed how small the hospital actually is, outside from its shortened staff? And few patients seem to come by, which makes me think the apocalypse outside must be really doing numbers on its population or the place may be hard to find/travel to, no?
I like to HC it as a small clinic that got turned into one of the many points for treatment/refugee amidst the chaos outside. Alternatively, maybe they need to seem small and be placed in a difficult-to-reach location in order to secretly experiment with some of their patients.
I do believe they're either turning some of them into anomalies or analysing them to create an antidote, and by running a small clinic they could easily get under the radar. HOWEVER i have NO idea of what's going on with the people with suitcases, or ratthew for that matter.

Dgmw I do believe they're meant to be either serious or mysterious, but I like to think sometimes they can get silly like black cats do in real life.
Maybe they even stare at Intern for hours without blinking, no actual thoughts behind their eyes.

Was thinking about the Alien Stage crew as Animal Hospital characters and I cannot for the life of me figure out what take would be the most similar to canon. For some reason I can only see Dewey and Isaac as paramedics though.
