Just had a dream about going out to buy binge food and eating it, and the going to get dinner with people. Now I’m paranoid I’ve sleep walked my way and sleep ate food😭 pure madness

Pulled an all nighter to finish a report I left last minute and it was so fun weighing myself every few hours over the night and watching a tiny difference in weight drop. Pure serotonin. Been awake for 24 straight hours and still not tired it’s madness but it means I can sleep through the second day hunger pains easier
Doing another 36-48 hour fast now since the last 48 hour fast didn’t go too bad and I had a shocking amount of energy, it’s me and my green tea against the world 😎

Shocked I lost even after the b/p last night but hopefully going to continue my 24 hour fast - figured out one of my triggers for binges are fasts over 48 hours so going to keep them at 36 hours max for the time being

2 boiled egg whites (40)
Total = 170 calories
Starting to feel like this is too many calories to be eating because it’s so dense and makes me feel so bloated it’s gross. But I’ve got energy still which is a win. Need to remember that even 200 is a very low amount and I need the nutrients after fasting so I don’t lose my personality 🤭

Currently 19 hours into my fast - aiming for 44 hours so hopefully I can just keep going and stay distracted so I’m not fixated on food
I’ve started logging every time I have the urge to eat so then I can recognise the signs that I might binge later and act accordingly and keep myself busy.
