To my 25 - 35 year olds, you've reached the age where people around you are starting to give up on themselves because they think it's too late. Don't let that energy rub off on you. It's not too late.

Lay on the floor. Sit on the floor. You must have your floor time. This is very important and essential to your mental health. The floor is the place where everything stops needing to be solved for a moment. The floor is proof that you do not have to be upright to be okay. The floor is steady enough to borrow stillness from. Floor time is very good for you. I encourage you to have some floortime every day.

You are, to an extent, responsible for creating the magic in your own life. You have to create some to see some, you have to act on the faith that magic is not just something that happens to you, but something you build through what you do. It’s not always just chance, It is something that you have to actively participate in. That’s how you make loving and living life something you do, not something you wait for.
