Please help me.
I’m a 17 year old Vietnamese transboy from Virginia.
I have applied to a multitude of jobs over the past two years but I have never been hired once and I know that it’s due to my obvious trans appearance combined with my unnatural speech pattern, which is a result of extreme social stunting due to abuse and isolation as a child.
My parents are extremely conservative and I have no support from them, they find me and everything that I am to be utterly disgraceful and they would have no part in supporting my transition or supporting me in general once I start my transition.
I want to immediately start my transition when I turn 18 in February.
More specifically, I need to get my name legally changed (which is essential for living as a stealth trans person, which would increase the likeliness of me finding a job.) and I need to start hormone replacement therapy. These come with a multitude of court fees and medical bills.
Since I have no source of income, I need to rely on donations to fund my transition. I’ll continue to job search, but I’d really appreciate any help I can get.
