The man didn't say anything at first, just watching closely until he was sure all of the pursuers were gone. Only then when he was sure that they had all fled did he spring back to his normal size. Fortunately the nauseating sounds didn't happen again, Keeping his hands visible as he slowly approached the frightened young man.

"They didn't hurt you did they?" Billy's voice sounded slightly rough but the tone did have genuine concern in it, holding up a cigarette to the smaller one. These always helped him when he wasn't feeling alright so maybe this might help. Or maybe not, he wasn't sure on how to comfort people anymore.

Ooc: Billy's hands are a mix of soft and calloused, the callouses being mainly on the knuckles and fingers from fighting where as the palms and inside of his hands are more soft to touch 💤 ㅤhow do they sleep ? curled up, sprawled, holding onto something ? Ooc: whenever Billy sleeps he's always got his mic in hand and facing the doorway to a room, or an entrance if there's multiple ways that a person can enter the room. Only if he felt truly safe in his surroundings would he allow himself to relax and sprawl out when sleeping. 🧩 what’s a truth about themselves they refuse to admit ?

Ooc: That a part of him finds enjoyment of seeing the struggles of others. Somehow seeing how people struggle against the odds that are stacked against them in their day to day lives is something beautiful to him. To see that primal desire to fight and live, to see the strength of a person's will is something that captivates him.

They may not be holding an actual gun to him but that's what it felt like to him. Not being given any other alternative but to just lay there over Boyfriend's shoulder with the feeling of dread lodged in his stomach.

"Can't blame me for thinking of the worst case scenario with you. I know you won't do anything to harm your host as you need them to live. Me on the other hand? I'm not so sure that same mercy would be extended to me once you grow bored of your entertainment." That's how Keith was seeing it, seeing himself as nothing more then a means of entertainment for the infection. And once that excitement and interest wore out? Well he'd rather not think about it as it surely wouldn't be anything good.

He didn't respond to the gun being pointed at him, or even the words thrown his way. Whether it was because he didn't hear or not was unknown, his gaze continuing to remain unfocused as he simply sat there. Occasionally bringing his hand up to inhale the nicotine and smoke from the lit cigarette, like it was an automatic thing for him.

His appearance to a certain blue haired rapper was eerie enough but his disheveled state only seemed to add onto it. Torn clothes, untied shoes, a worn cap, the outline of a mic in their pocket. So similar and yet so different, telling a silent story that the one in front of Pico had been through a lot to get to this kind of state.

"Where are you taking me?!" All he remembered from before was sneaking around the empty streets, trying to figure out how he ended up in this kind of mess again. Only to be struck in the back of the head and everything going dark. Now here he was, tied up and over the shoulder of the infected boyfriend. His struggles coming to a stop when feeling the firm yet calm tapping of bloodied claws on his back. While it wouldn't tear its host apart because they needed them alive Keith wasn't sure that same mercy would be extended to him. Even if he was just a different variation of said host.

"what are you planning to do to me?" The next question was softer in pitch but he tried to hide the growing dread in his voice and stomach. It wasn't fear that Keith felt, no it was the dread of what could possibly be coming that was getting to him more then anything else.

"It would be foolish to not acknowledge the effort that is put into something." Even if that goal was towards a negative goal, eyes glancing around at the scene surrounding them.

"Must've been entertaining for you to watch the struggle of those that haven't succumb to your influence." In a way Billy could understand that, watching the struggles of others. It was what made them alive, to see the strength of ones own willpower and resolve in the face of daunting odds.
