The others want my eyes they want to replace them with buttons so i can see the world like them i want to see like them

i let them take my eyes i want to be with them forever

i want to be with you but it hurts the spoon scrapes in my head did you love me mother? the string pierced through my skin did you listen father? the pain fills my body

my cries became weaker the screams wouldn't leave my body the pain was gone Why is everything dark

do you love me now? will you listen to me?

surrounded by the green and yellow mazes the wind tossed our hair back and forth back and forth

turning our heads to find the only source of energy the only thing allowing us to grow

I feel the liquid on my skin a burning touch piercing my veins oh why does it feel this way?

create a book cover for your favorite book.

I love the short story “The Black Cat” by Edgar Allan Poe and whenever you look for a book by him, you always find these boring covers with his face or they don't look inviting and just old. I wanted to create a cover that shows key aspects of the book without it giving away the whole story, I hand drew everything and scanned them onto illustrator where I arranged them in the way I wanted. I hand drew the font so it could have an eerie unsettling feel towards it like the rest. and if you look closely enough everything has red highlights that sort of trick the eye.
