Stop spreading old (and false) drama about Vivziepop (creator of Hazbin Hotel)
HereĀ is where she apologizes for and explains the stuff she got hate for in the past, updated for 2019. And itās basically drawing some stuff she regrets now and THATāS IT. AND THE ART WASNāT ANYTHING ILLEGAL.
So, stop bringing up stuff from almost 8 years ago and making up rumors and lies because you hate her/her work. If you donāt like Hazbin Hotel, or anything Vivziepop creates, donāt watch it, donāt look it up. Itās that simple. Donāt spread hate and misinformation.
As a final PSA, donāt automatically believe a call-out post that doesnāt have any proof (i.e. screenshots of tweets, posts, art, videos, etc) attached to it. Nowadays itās so easy to add sources to your claims so when there is none, itās suspicious. And when there are no sources, do some research yourself. Google them, go on their social media, see if you can find anything to back up what you read about them. And then decide for yourself whether or not you want to support them and the work they do. And itās fine if you have a 1 strike rule and because of what someone did years ago you canāt support them, even if they apologized and learned from their mistakes. Just donāt hate on others who do still support them and donāt bring up those old mistakes to prove a point. Recognize and respect that the person is different now, and wants to put their past behind them.Ā
