Zach had the day off and after a long night, no amount of sleep seemed to be enough, so now he was standing in the coffee shop waiting for his name to be called. He stared down at the phone in his hand, scrolling through instagram to kill time before his order was ready. “Thanks mate” he said giving the male behind the counter a nod and turned on his heels, walking out of the cafe. He took a slow sip, testing the temperature before taking a longer gulp. His eyes landed on the blonde walking towards him and he nearly choked. He hadn’t seen Moon in several months and while things didn’t end terribly between them it hadn’t ended exactly well either. He considered avoiding her, crossing the street and allowing her to get on with her life without him popping back into it but just as he was going to, his eyes caught hers and there was no avoiding her now. He gave her a thin lipped smile, “Hey” he greeted stiffly. He tucked one hand into his jeans and rocked on his heels “How’ve you been?”

Elizabeth was nervous. She was nervous because she was about to take some pictures out of the london eye for her instagram. That would normally not be an issue that is if she wasn’t afraid of heights. “Oh dear.” She mumbled before spotting someone. “Excuse me, this might sound a little strange but would you go on the london eye with me?”

Zach looked over his shoulder as he heard the small voice directed towards him. “Hm?” he asked before glancing up at the London eye then back down at her. “Oh, ye’ sure luv” he nodded. “You afraid to go by yerself, eh?” He smiled slowly and turned towards the ferris wheel, “I’m Zach by the way”

   “Okay so my dumbass thought it would be a good idea to try and find my way around,” she started, running a hand through her hair. “And then I took a turn somewhere and now I’m lost.” Serves her right for thinking she didn’t need some kind of navigation. “And all I wanted was to find someplace to eat,” she mumbled, letting out one last sigh. With the final exhale, she smiled and looked up at Zach. “Anyway, what brings you here?”

He laughed and nodded a bit as she spoke, “We’re in Piccadilly Circus” he informed her. “But you’re in luck because I’m actually headed to grab some lunch if you wanna join me?” he asked, tipping his head in the direction of where he was headed. “Woke up bit earlier than I should have, but I’ve got more time to have a life outside work” he chuckled, “Were you headed anywhere specific or just wandering about?”

“ oi oi  a bit of cheeky foreplay yeh?” He winked and nudged his friend. “ Nah I didn’t try the chicken, me and Zel headed home early… we have things to do.” He gave him a wink and smiled and walked along with him to the lockers. “ Yeah she is Zels best mate. Stevie is a great girl. They work together.” Danny said giving Zach a knowing smile. “ You know about her job?” He asked.

He nodded a bit “Do you two ever leave the bedroom?” he joked “Surprised you’d gone at all.” he laughed then looked over at him carefully as he mentioned his wife worked with Stevie, he nodded after a moment. “Yea, she told me what she did.” he glanced over his shoulder as someone walked by them before looking back at Danny. “Invited me to watch her Onlyfans before the fucking ‘round. I’m gonna sign up for it... she’s fucking incredible.” he laughed. “So, Z does it as well?” he asked, keeping his voice low. “How you deal with it, Bruv?” Zach asked “Not getting protective and jealous over ‘er”

It’s her favourite thing about me.” He chuckled. “Pizza and chill or just Pizza?” Danny asked with a small smirk. “ I mean.. when I wanna have pizza with Zel it ends up with cold pizza and sex on the floor.” Danny laughed. “Eh one day she will probably get bored of me by for now she loves me.” He said with his cheeky grin on show. “ Did you like the festival. I enjoyed it. Burgers were nice.”

The male exhaled a laugh, then his lips pulled into a wide smirk across his face. “We didn’t have sex” he said, winding the hose up. “A bit of snogging though and some more beyond that” he chuckled, giving his friend a cheeky smile before nodding “Yeah it was nice out, the food was spectacular. Did you try the chicken they had out there?” he asked, “I can’t remember where it was from but it was the best chicken I’ve ever had.” he said, tapping the truck as a form of affirmation that he was finished getting it ready before moving towards the lockers. “So Stevie says she knows Zelda” he mentioned, a bit cautiously. “Say’s you two are the reason she came here.”

   The brunette was doing her best to familiarize herself with London without making it obvious that she was pretty much new to the city. On previous visits she had just gone to gala parties at hotels or visited the museum but this was her first time being fully immersed in the city. Stopping at a corner, Lillian slowly spun in a circle and let out a deep breath before, frowning. Looking to her right again, a wave of relief washed over as she spotted someone recognizable. “Zach! Hey!” she called out, walking closer to him. “Boy, am i glad I ran into you!”

Zach was about to go into work but he’d woken up early and failed to go back to sleep, which meant tonights shift would be hard, as much as he wanted calmer nights- tonight he hoped things kept up so the adrenaline would keep him awake. He decided to get himself some lunch before he needed to get ready, walking through Piccadilly Circus when he heard his name being called. He turned around, searching the crowd for the source and smiled when he saw the petite girl approaching him. “Hey.” he grinned, his brows raising a bit as she spoke “What’s up?” he asked glancing around before landing back on her.

4. Angriest? When Tyler went to jail just as we went to live with my mom again. I thought he did it purposely and was leaving me. I understand now it wasn’t like that but I was very very mad at him for a good while.

5. Most weirded out? One of the foster families I lived with was very religious, and they had statues and figures and paintings of the Lord all over the house, I mean like every inch of this house was covered in religious knick knacks and it was very odd to be a hormonal teenage boy in a house where Jesus was watching your every move.

6. Most confused? Every day of my life. Kidding uh. I would imagine it was when I was like six and being taken away from my mom and not really understanding why.

7. Strongest? When I went back to my mom at fourteen and forgave her and helped look after her, making sure she took her medication and got up for work everyday.

8. Weakest? Being completely crushed over my first love leaving me. I took it out in some not so great ways, got like very self-destructive and was doing wreckless shit just because I could.

9. Most accomplished? Graduating high school, it was rough but I did it.

10. Most feared? My first fire, you never really know what it’s going to be like until you’re there. I remember after we got out, almost puking from the adrenaline.

11. Loneliest? When I first moved out and got my own place. I mean since I was a baby I’ve always at least had my brother with me, it was the first time I’d ever really been alone and it was very lonely at first. I’m comfortable with it now.

Danny was just coming in for a shift when he saw Zach by the truck. “ Alright zakkie boy, how’s it hanging?” He said with a cheerful grin. “ I have literally spent the whole weekend being a lazy cunt and I loved every second. How was this weekend. Did you work? or were you off shift like me?” He asked as he opened his locker and put his keys and wallet in it. “ Anything exciting happening? Zach was cleaning up one of the trucks at the beginning of his shift when he heard the familiar voice of his friend. He glanced over, giving him a wide grin “Hey hey!” he greeted, “little to the left” he joked and nodded. “Yea mate, I was off. He nodded understandingly “As long as you’re enjoying it and you’re happy then I don’t see why it’s anyone elses business to judge you” he gave her a small smile, taking a few pieces of popcorn into his mouth. “Can’t tell you how many scandals we’ve seen with the more ‘respectable’ jobs. If you’re going to be immoral it’s not going to stop if you’ve got an acceptable job” he chuckled and shook his head. His gaze followed her finger, seeing Daniel and his wife in the distance. “Wait” he said, the realization hitting him. “Her husband’s Danny?” he asked, looking back over at the blonde. “I work with him” he said, a bit shocked. As much as Danny talked about Zelda, he never mentioned that she was a cam girl, although he could understand why. “He never brought up her job, although I understand it.
