Out of all of the guys, Richard’s the most misunderstood. He could come off as being a bit cold and rude, but he’s honestly so soft and such a sweetheart underneath that persona. He cares a lot about the people whom he loves as well, and is quite family-oriented. He’d probably love how clingy you are for it probably boosts his ego the way that he doesn’t need to have happen by any means.

Richard lived for this—the way that you would cling to him and refuse to let go. It mostly happened in the mornings when you were still half-asleep and he had to get up in order to get to the studio, but whenever it did happen, it never failed to put that gorgeous smile on his face. He truly did love you more than anything in the entire world, and if he didn’t have to leave you in order to go make a living and give the fans what it was that they wanted, then he would probably never leave your warm embrace.

“I’ll be back later today, and then you could cling to me for as long as you want, mi amor. Te lo prometo,” he blurted out with a chuckle, gently removing your arms from around his body so that he would be able to get up out of the bed without dragging you with him, for he figured that you would want your sleep that was so treasured.

He wasn’t quite sure what you whined out, but it didn’t matter to him, for he found it to be absolutely adorable regardless. Bending down to press a gentle kiss against your forehead, he couldn’t keep the smile off of his face as he turned to walk away in order to get ready for his day. He hadn’t even left yet, and he already couldn’t wait to come back home to the love of his life.

“Get your hands out of the cookie jar, Vélez,” you cried as you caught him in the kitchen. “Those aren’t for you; I already told you! Those are for later, but there won’t even be anymore for later if you keep stuffing your face like this,” you continued on to end up saying, crossing your arms over your chest as your eyes narrowed into a glare. You weren’t really mad though, seeing as it was nearly impossible to be mad at him, but that didn’t mean that you actually liked what was occurring, or that you wanted him to eat you out of cookies.

“Oh come on, Y/N,” he couldn’t help but whine with a pout upon hearing what it was that you had to say at that moment in time. “How in the world could you make all these cookies and not expect me to want to eat them? You making them is practically asking me to eat them. Besides, you could always go out and buy cookies for later if you’re so worried about that, but I’m hungry, and those cookies look so good!”
