But my ears flick and wiggle, subconsciously trying to position themselves the same way they had for lifetimes. And my foot wiggles, the same way my tail used to. I can do it on purpose if I want to, but more often than not it's completely subconscious.

I'm embarrassed to think about when people notice it for the first time (it's always such an awkward conversation for me, despite always going well), but at least I have that worry, y'know? That I can realize I'm happy enough for my body to need to express that on its own.

I'll get teased about it, I know I will.. but I've never really been great at vocalizing my feelings so... maybe one day that'll tell them all they need to know.
