earlyemo!reader who’s eventually formally introduced to him through gerard, when she stops by to pick up a poster for a show he designed. frank’s cute-messy brown hair curling around his ears, ripped jeans hanging low on his hips (held up by a bubblegum pink belt), and a silver ring on the side of his lip. she notices the way his face heats up when he looks at her for too long, and decides to pocket this observation for later.
