Being a kid was so fucking funny we’d just go around lying to each other’s faces constantly to impress each other one of my classmates told me he was the first person to visit the sun and when I asked him what it was like to prove he was lying he said he didn’t remember because they sent him there when he was just a baby and to this day the mental image of NASA launching an unsupervised baby into the sun still makes me crack up

i really don’t know why tumblr “died” and twitter took off for like. fun stuff and anything not related to real life because its better suited for that and also literally impossible to avoid on there. like. the trends for me right now are george bush and johnny test. i will not click on either of them. i don’t want to know what horrors could possibly be going on in that hashtag. muting words does not work. there is no good blacklist. i will constantly be recommended content i don’t want to see. nothing is in chronological order. all the funny content is stolen from tumblr posts from last week. can someone tell me why we “abandoned” tumblr again

For clarification, the crabs are not accused of killing Amelia Earhart. The idea is that if she died after crash landing on an island in the pacific the coconut crabs would have eaten her corpse and scattered the bones, which is why no one has ever found her body.
