BTS - long distance relationship
Seokjin:
You had met many people along your travels to various countries, but none of them were as perfect as Jin. It was a windy Friday evening when you were going back to your hotel room but you were desperate and determined to get a drink of water. Luckily, between your hotel and your current location, there was a small supermarket so you decided to go there to buy one instead of spending too much money on one in the lobby. It wasn't extremely busy, but yet again, it was getting quite late. Out of the corner of your eye, you saw a vending machine and it seemed like it was the only one in your vicinity so you settled on that one. After taking an awfully long time to read the instructions, you realised that it didn't give change and you didn't have any small coins on you, just some big notes. Fortunately for you, a man came up behind you, telling you that he'll get you whatever you needed since he stated that he saw you struggling as he was trying to buy some milk. Outside the shop was a small cafe where you started talking about everything and anything. He talked about his love for cooking and singing where as you talked about your travelling and how you had always wanted to see Korea. Time had passed quickly and before the both of you knew it, it was already 10pm, meaning it was time for you to get back to the hotel and for him to get back home. Before saying goodbye, you exchanged numbers and agreed to stay in contact, which you both did. 3 months later, he visited your country and from there blossomed your beautiful relationship.
Namjoon:
After spending 2 weeks planning your trip to South Korea to see your friend, you were finally there. The only downside was that your friend had work for the first few days of you holiday so you decided to do some shopping to buy new stuff and also improve your Korean, however you soon realised that you weren't as good as you thought you were. The person at the till was trying her best to tell you something but you had no clue what she was saying. It wasn't until a handsome stranger walked up behind you and began to translate what the woman was saying to you, inevitably saving your day and the woman's time. You then ended up talking with the guy who you found out was called 'Namjoon' and you both soon realised that you had quite a lot in common, causing you to keep in touch. It wasn't until after 2 months of constant facetiming that he asked you out and you were extremely happy that he did. The next time you saw him was when you arrived to South Korea to stay at his for a month, which strengthened your relationship.
Yoongi:
Ever since you were little, you and your best friend had always wanted to visit Seoul so it made your day when you find out that there was a deal on tickets. After a few hours of looking at suitable hotels, you decided that it would be better to stay at an apartment since you were going for a month. The apartment looked like something you would see on Pinterest; a lot of plants, flowers, pastels and so on, however the thing that caught your eye was a small bar that you could see out of the window. When you and your friend finally settled down and unpacked, you both made your way to the bar. There weren't many people, only a few girls and guys but there was one person who stood out. He gave off an aura of loneliness but he looked too intimidating for anyone to actually come up to him, anyone except you. Your friend remembered how much she hated bars and told you that she was going back, leaving you bewildered in the middle of a bar in the middle of a massive city. When you sat down next to the mysterious stranger, he smiled and began to ask about your day and how he's never seen you before, causing you to explain your dreams of coming here. He himself told you that he lived in South Korea and liked coming to this bar. After a few hours, you decided to leave however he wrote down his number, causing you to talk all night.
Hoseok:
You first saw Hoseok on your plane to south Korea to see your auntie. At first, you didn't want her to move however it became a blessing in disguise since you never had to pay for a hotel and you basically had your own tour guide. Hoseok was positioned diagonally across from you and you noticed the quick glances he gave you when he thought you weren't looking. The first actual interaction between you and him happened when he dropped his phone, which conveniently landed right next to your seat causing you to, obviously, pick it up and hand it to him which led yo your first conversation. After that, you and him started talking about travelling, his rap, his friends, your auntie ect. It carried on the like this for the whole flight and you were really grateful for him saying that if you ever needed a friend to hang out with then you could always call. After a week of not knowing what to do, you finally decided to contact him, resulting in some amazing Instagram photos and great memories. After your trip, you decided to stay in touch and you always came to see him in South Korea. His apartment was only a few minutes on the underground however he would always come pick you up anyway.
Jimin:
It wasn't often that you talked to many people from your school ever since you moved away your childhood home, so it was surprising when you received a text about a class reunion from an old friend of yours. After contemplating for a few minutes, you texted her back asking about when and where it was, to which she responded that it was at a restaurant that was conveniently only a 30 minute drive away from your house. On the day, you got dressed in one of your nicest dresses. It was a small flared black dress from Armani Exchange which you got for your birthday from your ex boyfriend. You knew that you would be too tired to drive there and back, so you called for a taxi and headed to the location your friend sent. There were a lot of familiar faces however there were a few that you didn't know so you thought they were just friends of friends that came along for good company. From the corner of your eye, you spotted an attractive young man staring at you and when your friend introduced you two, it only further fuelled your curiosity. You also found out that he was single, called Park Jimin and was from South Korea, which explained his amazing fashion sense. Although it was a reunion with your old friends, you talked to Jimin most of the time. There was obvious flirting and attraction but you didn't know if a relationship would be good since he was going back to Korea very soon and that he only come to visit his friend. The night ended with a hug and a sad goodbye since you both knew that you would never see each other again, until you got a text from an unknown number which asked if it was you and that the person texting you was Jimin. Over the course of 4 months, you decided to visit his country, which led to your first long-distance relationship and you couldn't be happier.
Taehyung:
There was a small art gallery in Seoul near your hotel which caught your eye from the day you arrived. Every morning, a small old man would open the doors and after an hour, people would start coming in; children, couples, families and individuals. The quaint and modern gallery was adjacent to a park full of blossom trees, which were in bloom so you decided that you would go there after a quick look around your current place of interest. After picking out a nice little summer dress, you grabbed your bag and headed down to look at what art the city had to offer. The entry fee wasn't expensive and you were surprised by the price considering how clean the building looked and the fact that it was in the centre of Seoul. The gallery held some modern and fine art pieces however a tall well dressed stranger caught your eye as soon as you stepped inside, but you decided to focus on the paintings and sculptures. After admiring a piece that intrigued you, the man that you had been glancing at when you came in was coming over. When he stood next you, you found it difficult to admire the art in front of you when there was a masterpiece to the left. He started speaking to you about the artwork in front of you and you listened carefully to every little detail, however the conversation then progressed to him asking you if you wanted to take a walk, to which you gladly said yes. It was beginning to get late by the time you slowly walked past the sunset pink cherry blossoms and he soon realised this. During your walk, he told you his name and his love for the art gallery, resulting in you meeting him every other morning to further admire the paintings inside it.
Jungkook:
One of the reasons you wanted to visit Seoul was because of a certain theme park called Lotte World. Your best friend who went on the trip with you wanted to go as well so after getting changed into some nice casual attire, you called for a taxi and went to the indoor theme park which was the main topic in conversations on the plane journey. The hotel you booked was a nice one, situated only a 10 minute bus ride from the centre and the room you booked was big enough for the two of you. On arriving, you got your tickets and headed inside however after a few rides, your friend didn't feel very well so she sat out while you went on the other attractions the theme park had to offer. There was a massive queue for one of the rides but you heard so many good things about it so there was no way you weren't going on it. As a single rider, you got to sit at the front with a young man who looked even more excited than you to go on. While the other people were getting on the ride, you and him started a conversation. He introduced himself as Jungkook and that his friend didn't feel well so he went on the ride by himself, which you could relate to. After the ride, you got a message from your friend saying that you were going to meet up a bit later, which Jungkook read as well. After apologising for looking at your phone, he offered to buy you an ice cream as compromise, to which you gladly said yes to. The conversation was enjoyable, so much so that he gave you his number just before you went to go meet your friend. The next day, it became apparent that your friend was ill, so you decided to give Jungkook a call which resulted in you spending the day with him. He even gave you and your best friend a ride to the airport and when you arrived back home, you were constantly texting and calling each other for a few months straight until he visited your home country, which was where he asked you to be his girlfriend.

Allow me to preface this by saying I do not get angry easily.
I donât care if people dislike kpop artists, I care that they disrespect them.
These boys and girls have gone through more crap to get to where they are, and have put up with so much. If anything, even if you donât like them, you will respect them.
Allow me to just point to one example, that of Min Yoongi. (There are many I can pull out of my hat. Amber, Jackson, Namjoon, most of EXO, I could go on. But Yoongiâs story is one of my favorites.)
His parents didnât approve of his dream to become a musician, and if you donât know about Asian culture, parental approval is a huge thing. They burned his music, and wouldnât pay for his lessons.
Min Yoongi worked part time jobs delivering so he could get music lessons. He injured his shoulder in the process, and heaven only knows how his parents reacted.
Oh, he has depression and social anxiety as well. His parents took him to a psychiatrist and then told him they didnât know who he was anymore. He didnât even know who he was. He hid himself away to make his family happy and tried to do what they wanted, but he was dying on the inside. He would hide in the bathroom and cry.
Did this stop when he became a trainee? No. His depression and social anxiety were still there, and his parents still didnât approve. He doesnât speak a lot on what happened during the trainee days, but there were a lot of people that said he wouldnât make it, and a lot of people that betrayed him.
Min Yoongi went through hell.
Min Yoongi had no one that believed in him.
Min Yoongi started out rapping in front of two people.
Min Yoongi is a person just like us.
Min Yoongi made his dream a reality.
Min Yoongi may not have changed the whole world, but he has changed mine and so many otherâs.
And dammit you will respect him for that.
Theyâre not âpretty boysâ or âhot girls.â Theyâre human beings. Theyâre people just like us that had the strength to fight for what they wanted. To go through hell and unimaginable pain for what they wanted. People that teach others to believe in themselves, and remind us that the world isnât all bad.
They have changed my life.
They have saved my life.
They have been there for me when no one else was.
Just because you canât look past language barrier or the fact that theyâre all in a group, you disrespect them? You donât understand why we love them so much?
Learn to listen to the music with your heart instead of your ears, and then maybe youâll understand.
well they were fucking wrong, add itskodaok on snapchat if you can relate
