One new visitor from across the wall
Feeling the awkward stare of someone nearby, Kanda looked around subtly, until his black hues landed on someone that happened to be a complete stranger, just staring at him, causing the male to sweat-drop, while his eyebrow twitched twice,
"Did you need something from me, or are you just going to stand there and stare like a moron all day?"
”E-excuse me?” Lirael manages out, her hands ichting towards her sword and bells, just in case this man was dangerous.
”I could ask what you are doing here. We don’t get visitors much.” she adds, managing to steady her voice enough to speak clearly. She carefully undos the clasp of of Kibeth, not letting the bell ring.
Watching her for a moment, Kanda sighed, hanging his head a bit as he crossed his arms over his chest, and looked in another direction,
"Do you always pull some kind of weapon out on strangers? What a nice welcome. All I did was come here to ask a few questions, and I get threatened before I even get the chance to do so. If you want to attack me, then go right ahead. I just can't promise you'll get away with no injuries."
As Kanda spoke the last part, he placed a hand on Mugen’s sheathe, his thumb pressed to the Katana’s seppa, just barely clicking it open.
Lirael sighs, she probably was being too rash, but she had run into too many of the dead today- it was better to be safe than sorry. Taking her hand from her sword she simply pulls out the bell, holding it so it had no chance to ring. “Do you have a charter mark? I apologize, I’ve run into too many dead today.” She says, looking the man over once more.
"Chart mark--DO I LOOK DEAD TO YOU!?"
he half yelled, huffing as he annoyingly pushed Mugen back into it’s sheathe, completely.
"Che. If you think I'm dead, you must be stupid. How the Hell does a corpse walk around, huh?"
Well, he hadn’t forgotten the ‘zombie’ mishap at the old HQ, but that was all Komui’s fault. No one had actually died.
”…You have no idea what happens here do you?” Lirael asks in disbelief. Seriously, how had the man gotten into the country in the first place?
She places the bell back into its casing, and scans for free magic again, she didn’t find anything. Nothing like the Stilken anyway.
"Well, if you'd tell me where the Hell I am, and actually explain it to me, that would help a little."
the tone in his voice became one of more annoyance than probably necessary. But seriously. The least she could do was stop the useless chit chat.

Clicking back to reality when hearing the other near him, and speak to him in the way he did, Kanda blinked, nearly in bewilderment. He was only ever used to Allen, or occasional Finders, speaking like that to him. This would surely be interesting.
"Not particularly. And even if there was something, it's none of your business."
As he turned back to his half-finished meal, Kanda could just tell that everyone in the cafeteria was now looking in there direction. Of course. Because why would he be allowed to just have some peace and quite once in a while?
"If that's all, you can leave me alone. As you can see, I'm eating. Unless you're blind."
☾— Suddenly smiling, the way only one who knew more information could, Cael waved the Exorcist’s attitude off with his hand. With a little wiggle of his bottom the angel moved closer to the man on the table’s bench.
"Now, now— is that any way to talk to one who linked your destiny to Mugen?" It wasn’t really a lie— Cael was indeed part of the Appointed Angels over Innocence, juuuuust not at the time the sword had been assigned to Kanda.
Kanda's eyebrow had already twitched when the other sat next to him. Now he just felt like punch the guy's face. Who gives a shit if he was the one that linked him to Mugen.
"And why should I care? I don't even know you. Sorry--but unless you give me a good reason, I'm not wasting my time on you. And I couldn't care less who you are, either. Linked me to Mugen? Good for you. Che."

The swordsman had just been eating his usual meal of Soba, when something caught his attention, causing the ravenette to look over, and glare in suspicion. The individual that was now within his vision seemed to be an exorcist… Or something. He sure as Hell wasn’t a Finder, and he was too clean to be a Scientist.
Continuing to glare at the other male, Kanda zoned out, trying to figure out what was so off about this.
☾— That was him, the Second Exorcist that survived. Angels held disgust towards the Third Exorcists for being a slap to the face of the God who delivered true Innocence and Exorcists to fight for the humans, but there were mixed feelings towards those like Kanda and Alma.
But that man, who was denied death, delivered Alma’s soul to the heavens. Cael was unsure of how to treat the man— his glare only made the angel more curious about him. Sure of himself, due to his new title, the divine being gave no second thoughts to getting up and headed towards the swordsman. "Have something to say to me, owner of Mugen?" He smirked— a look unsure of being playful or cocky.
