1.) It doesn’t matter what gender you are to regress

2.) It doesn’t matter what age you are to regress

3.) It doesn’t matter if you’re not physically small

4.) Your facial appearance doesn’t have anything to do with your regression 

5.) Although many people in regression have faced some type of trauma, you are not less valid if you haven’t. 

6.) Your age regression is valid even if you regress because you have a disability, disorder or if you’re in a DID system. 

7.) You are still a valid age regressor if you regress voluntarily

8.) Half regressors and switches are still regressors and should be treated just the same

9.) It’s okay to be a nonverbal regressor

10.) There is nothing wrong with having a carer to provide for you while regressed.
