“Beautiful disasters though! Tell me you don’t love watching a good showmance.” William looked up and huffed all the air out of his chest. “Yeah that’s a good point, wouldn’t want to loose all of my stuff over some showmance gone wrong.” He half chuckled and peered down the hallway near them. “Kitchen would be great, that flight was long as hell, so if all of these hallways magically put me in a kitchen I’d be pretty hyped.”

Chase cracked another smile, a chuckle escaping his lips yet again. At least it seemed as if William wasn’t half bad. To be honest, Chase really hadn’t even given much thought to the idea of the possibility of good looking girls. It always seemed like the people who flirted too much or got into relationships on these types of shows ended up in a disaster…Chase was going to do his very best to keep his eye on the prize. “Potentially might be the key word. Have you seen anyone else yet? I’ve been so busy trying to get a feel for this place I’ve only run into a few people.”

William smiled at Chase as he was seemingly getting more comfortable around him. “I mean I’m hoping there’s at least one or two, I’m into the whole ‘showmance’ thing they always look so entertaining.” William expressed honestly. “Nah, I’ve only seen you so far, I thought I heard other people talking and kept wandering to find them but ended up just walking up and down a bunch of halls until I wound up here.”

“sorry but can i ask you a question?” her head tipped to the side only a little. “what room is this? i seem to be lost. this is a mansion after all, “ she answered to herself. “i mean this is a mansion, you wouldn’t think it would be so hard to find a bedroom let alone a bathroom, ridiculous right? i think so as well.“ she raised a brow and looked at the stranger clearing her throat. “so… about the room number, your name was?”

“Honestly? Your guess is as good as mine. I may look like I know everything but I just got here.” William smiled and nodded slowly as this girl continued to talk about rooms. “A bathroom? I think I saw one a couple halls over, I could definitely be wrong though, I wouldn’t quote me if I were you. Your choice though.” He readjusted his facial expression to neutral as she cleared her throat. “The room number...my name?” He half smirked at the forced seeming question. “William Baker, if you were looking for formalities. What’s yours?”

Was Chase nervous? Hell yes he was. What was more nerve wracking than meeting a bunch of people and living and competing with them? There was so much at stake. “A little, I would say. But I suppose a little bit of nerves is normal when you fly to somewhere you’ve never been and start living with a bunch of people you’ve never met before,” he smiled, not truly letting on just how nervous he really was.

The entirely of this game show meant little to William as he was comfortable money wise, so he wasn’t worried about winning or loosing, the more he thought about it though, the more he understood why other people might be on edge; especially towards the ones they viewed as ‘competition’. “Yeah, that’s a good point, but hey, look at it this way, you’re gonna be forced to live with a bunch of potentially hot chicks! And I mean of course you get to see this every day.” William flexed his muscles around.

Chase relaxed a little as William’s demeanor became clearer. He grinned back, letting out a little laugh, “Michigan. That’s why my accent is not…uh how did you put it ‘deliciously sexy’.” Sinking his hands into his pockets, Chase wondered briefly why William was there. He supposed everyone had a pretty good reason of their own, but it was something he hadn’t really given much thought to until now. For this entire process he had been so focused on why he wanted to be there, why he thought he deserved to be on the show. “Are you nervous? I wonder what it’s going to be like once everyone gets here.”

“Gotta work on that confidence Chase.” William laughed at the phrase ‘deliciously sexy’ realizing how pretentiously douchey that must have sounded but continued along with it anyways. “Nervous? Me? Does it seem like I am?” William pondered at the thought. The thought of no one knowing who he was made him feel more comfortable, it meant he had the chance to be anyone he wanted to be. “Nah, I’m pretty relaxed so far, this place seems great and so far I’ve yet to meet anyone who’s not tolerable. Why? Are you?”
