Hello everyone. So sorry I have been away. My lift got pretty nuts, mother was in the hospital, then got out, brother's wife had a baby, dad hurt his back, me and my fiance sold our flat and bought a house, Oh and did I mention I got married on the third? So also had my honeymoon thrown in there!

But! I am back now, my life has settled down and we are completely moved and I have started my new job meaning I'll have a workable schedule again soon.

Finding a rack with the right brand she started flicking through the clothing. Listening to her brother recount his week as she glanced at sizes and prices. She winced a bit as she saw the price of one of the shirts and shoved it back into place. “Oh wow that sounds like a lot to get done.”

Glancing up she beamed at him. “Not that you can’t do it.” She amended before stepping away from the rack and grabbing her brother’s arm pulling him towards another section in the store. “Things are going pretty well at the school. Getting the guys wiped into shape is taking more time then I would have thought. But Mako-sanpai is helping.” She said before finding a stand that looked like it might have something worth getting.

"Other then that things have been boring. I have a big test coming up soon in English and I am not sure I am ready for it yet." She admitted letting his arm go and looking at the new rack. "But I’ll study while the guys are doing laps next practice." Since that was about the only time she had to study anymore.

「≷」- Rin followed his sister as they continued to look around (well more like Gou was looking around) trying to find a few things for their mother. He nodded and listened to her chat away about her school and how she was managing her swim team; he chuckled as he heard her being so busy. Which was good, she should be focusing on school and things and not on boys (other than her team since they really needed more practice if they want to be able to beat his own team).

At hearing about her test, Rin tilted his head as she let go of his arm, “I can come over and tutor you. I’m pretty good in that subject and give you a few pointers so you can ace that test.” he offered, Rin really wanted to help his baby sister and at the same time, spend some time with her since they barely see each other…different schools and all that.

Which reminds him, “Speaking of laps, we have joint practice soon. Just giving you a heads up since he wanted to tell you himself and asked for your number, but I told him to fuck off. He wasn’t allowed to call my baby sister.”

Kou looked up from her shopping when Rin offered to come over and tutor her. It took all the young sharks willpower not to smile. She had been hoping he would say that. Truthfully there were a few test she was worried about but the guys had helped her with most of them and while Rei had offered to help her study for the English test since they were in the same class she had wanted to see if she could get her brother to agree.

Time between them was rare. To rare for the young girl's liking. Rin was the one thing she had in her life growing up. Even if he had been gone for so much of it. She didn't remember their dad, and their mother was always working to pay for Rin's swimming and their own living. She clung to precious moments, even if it was a simple as this, or him coming over for dinner and to study.

She knew all to well, that all to soon her brother would be gone again to chase his dreams and if he made it, as she knew he would, she wouldn't see him for a long time to come. So she was coming up with excuses while he was here. "I would really, really like that Onii-chan." She admitted with all sincerity before hearing him talking about the joint practice.

Hiding her smile she swatted at Rin's arm. "You are to protective you know that. Mikoshiba-senpai isn't so bad. Though he can be really blunt sometimes." She recalled and suddenly her cheeks heated slightly. He was always flirting with her, but every time she saw him she was wearing something horrible. "But alright. Thank you for telling me. I defiantly have to get the guys in shape then."

Her pale cheeks slowly heated up as he pulled her hair and shoved him lightly. “It wasn’t weird, and he was being nice. It wasn’t like he was being a jerk about it.” She tried to sound upset at him but a smile gave her away and she moved back to stand right next to him and rested her head against him. “But fine whatever.” She said grabbing on slightly to the hem of his shirt and walking with him to the bakery.

「≷」- Rin scoffed as she mentioned about that jerk being nice, as if…it was called flirting and that only meant one thing. “Yeah well, it was still weird.” But seeing her try to be upset and failing only caused the swimmer to grin happily. He knew she was a bit ticked but deep down he only did it because he wanted to protect his precious sister. Rin chuckled and let her grab onto his shirt as they made their way towards the bakery to grab those sweets she always loved. “We should get something for mom too.”

"That sounds like a good idea." Kou answered automatically. Her mother liked the sweets as much as Kou, but she never would get them herself claiming she was watching her figure. Seeing the bakery though Kou's steps became quicker and once they were close enough she took a deep breath. The scent of freshly baked sweets and pastries filling the air and causing her stomach to announce its excitement. Glancing up at her brother she beamed at him.

Kou knew that Rin wouldn't come here for himself, he tried not to eat sweets so often that it made these trips special to the younger of the two. "Thanks onii-chan." She said softly before letting go of his shirt and running to the door of the shop.

Rin snorted and wrapped an arm around his sibling’s shoulder as he shrugged over her comment about him eating someone (which sounds so wrong but will not say anything about that, his baby sister was still innocent), “Tsk, like it was MY fault? That idiot was trying to flirt with you, like hell I’ll stand back and watch him mess with my sister…and YOU…” he playfully pulled a few strands of her long hair, “Stop blushing and giggling like you were enjoying it, it was weird.” Protective big brother activated.

Putting her hands over her head Gou whined slightly. “Onii-chan don’t do that, it’s really hard to get it to look good.” She said before huffing at him slightly. Still though there was a small smile before she looked around the store.

She knew their mom like a certain brand of clothes that this store carried she just had to find it. So while she looked around she glanced back. “So what have you been up to Onii-chan? Besides being a grumpy gills.” She teased.

Rin just grinned at his sister as he whined about messing her hair, he enjoyed teasing her as she made the cutest face when annoyed. He always loved to bug her, even when they were kids. They two then walked towards the store, searching for something they could buy for their mom when she turned towards him and asked about how he been.

"Busy as usual." he shrugged and shoved his hands into his jacket pocket as he followed her around. "Practice is tough since we have competition next weekend and during the week, tons of homework and exams." he smiled, "How about you? Hows school and your swim boys?"
