The future is highly sensitive and dependent on the present, as events that might seem insignificant now can completely transform the future. The most insignificant choices in life form your lifestyle and develop your habits. So think about this. What you are doing now, in you present, will become your future. So ask yourselves, what I am doing in this present moment will help me achieve the future that I desire for myself? Is the food I'm eating will help me be better or worst when I'm older? Is the way I'm spending my money will help me be in peace in the future or worried? Are the things I'm wasting my energy on will I remember as that important in 5 years? Will these actions/activities help me achieve my destiny, or will my future self be burdened. Choose wisely.

We know it's a cliché, but time does cure it all. 

We are firm believers that we must say YES to all experiences. We are here to learn, to live, to experience, to love, to play, to feel pleasure, to grow, to connect, to make mistakes and learn from them,   etc. But we must be careful to what we say YES. Every time we say yes to something we must think what that 'yes' is going to bring us in the future. Do we want what it will bring? Then go for it!For example, every time you want to argue with your parnter/friend/family, think if the reason you want to fight is something you will care about in a few hours or days. Saying YES is part of what makes us free, but freedom is a responsibility, don't you think?
