What this person did first was absolutely wrong, I'm not trying to say it isn't. But this is how you handle critisism. This is how you grow. Instead of getting angry because people call you out for your Shitty Behaviour™ you listen, you apologise, you change and you rectify what you've done wrong. This is the change I'd like to see more in the world.
