I’m tired of writing about the same things, I’m tired of thinking these same thoughts. I wish I could find new ways to say the things I’ve been locking up all my life. I’ll just get drunk instead.

         As I’m sitting here watching the storm clouds roll in I can’t help but flashback to when I was 22 standing at the face of a hotel winding watching an identical scene. I couldn’t contain the loneliness then. I had just spent the night with someone I had loved. We never saw eye to eye and that night was nothing different. He left and I was there all alone in a golden room with unruffled white sheets on the bed. There was so much force behind my emotions then, I was so young and felt so strongly, I just knew that I would one day be happily watching a storm roll in with my love requited.
