Posted my Maraldichthys the other day on Insta and as it is really hard to explain without visual aid I put this together. Every time I post about this guy people don't know how to look at it. I hope this helps. And yes, this is not taphonomy, there are several specimens and close relatives.

To further explain what going on I took Rhinopycnodus, a more normal looking relative, and morphed it into Maraldichthys. Color coded to keep track of fins.

As you can see the cloaca actually barely moves, the body just gets super short and the pelvic fins shrink :P

Finally finished the main cast's character sheets for Lostverse !!!!

I can finally work on the comic !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I still have to make other character sheets but it can wait hehehehehe

So, if you want more info about those guys :

Sora :

A little soul that appeared in the Omega Timeline. No one knows where they come from.

Except Core Frisk. They know something but why don't they say anything ?

Their body comes from a Forgotten Universe in an advanced stage of decomposition.

Mel :

An Asriel from an AU called MelancholiaTale.

In this AU, humans are the one trapped in the Underground.

He's friends with Sora, Poppy, Sense and Flo, but still struggles to make genuine connexions by himself with other people.

His parents were king and queen and he was their only child, but they didn't seem to care about him at all.

He tried everything to gain their attention. Studying well, take an interest in what they liked doing, being the best child he could be. But it never worked.

When he became a teenager he started to be a bit more rebellious and ended up going to the Underground where he met Chara.

Well not exactly Chara, but the Player.

Mel bonded with the Player but they started a geno route.

Chara resisted and told Mel to take their soul. It turned Mel into the Player's puppet and ended up killing everyone.

The Player lost interest and abandoned Mel with his high LVL and EXP.

More to come to his story, I realize I can't put everything here 😭

Sense :

A Sans from a Forgotten Universe who ended up in the Omega Timeline.

In his world, humans and monsters were in perpetual war.

He had to learn how to fight from a young age.

He had to fight 7 different humans, each of them with the power to reset. This led to the creation of a massive number of timelines.

His universe collapsed because of this.

Now he's decomposing, waiting to disappear into nothingness.

Flo :

Flo is a Papyrus from a universe where the timeline has broken after a geno route.

He ended up in the Omega Timeline where he met Sense, Mel and later Sora.

He has an artificial arm fueled with bravery essence. However, his "friend" Flowey once came to him weakened and harmed.

To help him, he allowed Flowey to use the energy from his arm to heal and gain strength.

Since then, Flo doesn't use his arm or magic because it would harm Flowey. He only uses one bone to fight or a small number of little bones.

It's wild blueberry season in Sweden and I've been picking and eating my fill everyday from the forest behind my house! The entire forest floor is covered in wild blueberry bushes and the tangy taste is so cosmic, I had to paint them✨ Photos of the berries I picked!
