Sea Of Love

The concept of the work comes from the myth of "Hou Yi shooting down the sun". On a smoggy day in Beijing with heavy PM2.5 pollution, I found nine desk lamps from various places and combined them with the hazy sun in the sky to create 10 light sources.

Dendrobium bellatulum is an orchid from low to moderate altitude mountain forests in southern Asia. It is an epiphyte with cane pseudobulbs and the flowers which emerge from leaf nodes on leafless stems are known to be fragrant.
