How do you help a man with a spirit that wants to experience life, but with a body that’s failing him.
What do you tell a man who is suffering, questioning his faith, when all his life he has been a good man, son, father, and husband.
What will you do when you can’t take away his pain?
“I will no longer smoke or drink,” he said. How can you say it’s too late?
“I want to take care of my grandchildren,” he said. They’re waiting for him at home, but he can’t come home... and may not be coming back home.
