Stressed

I’ve been feeling really suicidal lately to the point I’ve google search easy ways to die (you won’t believe the helpful tips you can find online). But after that psychological bender I went on a free online therapy page to ask for advice and the therapist said maybe I was spending too much time with my thoughts and I should develop a hobby to keep my mind busy.

Over the past year I’ve tried:

Crocheting (hate it)

Writing (hate it)

Knitting (hate it)

Embroidery (the devils craft)

Drawing (I can’t even fucking draw)

Painting (detest it)

Pottery (I’m not artist yet I keep trying the arts... idk why)

None has brought me any joy and yes I know the whole “do a craft even if your not good at it bit” but I’m the kind of person who doesn’t like doing activities that I clearly have no talent for. So I wanted to ask you guys:
