So, I imagine their dynamic like this:

Diona being kind of an obsessed tsundere for kirara that keeps waiting for her to come to mondstadt to visit. Diona usually says "STOP!!!" when Kirara hugs/touches her, but in fact, she loves this kind of thing. While Diona is always confused wether to see Kirara as an older sister or as a "crush", Kirara simply sees Diona as a cute little sister (while slowly falling in love with her too, which makes this dynamic temporarily one-sided). Important to mention, but Diona is very jealous of Kirara and do not support seeing other people touching and interacting with her in more intimate ways. Diona also gets easily flustered when Kirara says she is adorable or anything like that and quickly changes subjects or say something like "what are you even saying?!... Stop, idiot". Btw, Kirara is very clingy, but unaware of how much that affects Diona.

Or else, Diona is really kind and different with Kirara in comparison to other people. For example, when she's with anyone else, she's like "Ugh, it's you." and when with Kirara, she's like "Oh, it's you..." LOL
