Year Of Dishes

Got a new kitchen, with a dishwasher. The pile is still taking over. I have no explanation either. Hope you had a rad Christmas if that's your thing. And a glorious day whether it is or isn't. 🎄🎅💝

It's actually pretty good this eve. I don't want to point fingers or name names, but I think it may have something to do with the fact that the other grown ups have been away for four days...

Not dead. Just bad at life. Now you understand why I can't manage to wash my dishes. I couldn't even manage to take a photo of my dishes every night. #cannotadult #notsurewhy In fairness, has become husbands job (his idea) and I'm currently responsible for washing clothes. He came home and slept today after work though so I helped him out by washing a load of both. #goodwife

My day was spent holding a giggling one year old and exploring her world. It followed on from my yesterday spending the afternoon with a 94year old listening to the past.

I cooked. He cleaned.

I'd say the husbands deal is going pretty okay so far. I haven't had to wash any dishes all week so that's a win as far as I'm concerned.
