I’ve been having a hard time to restablishing consistently the good habits I started this past yr. Started to decline when my dog got sick- And it was the beginning of the hard to come once he passed. Grief is a hard pill to pass- Its like being sick & the medicine takes time. Factors added can also take you out of alignment. So time is now 4 months & i cant tell you whens the last time i cooked for myself. Still havent gone grocery shopping. And now my sleep pattern is being effected. While other parts are getting well deserved attention - its a form of distraction & grief throwup if you will. To get rid of things & start over is a way to create a new reality. To stay present, To stay disciplined, To stay mentally here before it gets deeper is important to check. And even when I know better, bad habits have a way of being so enticing. So as I continue to mend & heal on a daily basis because that is all i want to ever focus on- ME- is the reason to get up & go for it day in , day out. There are No Refunds, No Exchanges On life.
