It caused me to gain weight over the years and soon I was 235 pounds, which is bmi 40 for a 5’4 girl. Now I realize what she’s been doing to me, and I’m noticing she’s also doing it to my little sister. My mom is 360 pounds and she binges on food which I thought that was normal when I was younger so I ate like her. Now I’m seeing my sister eating like her and she’s only 8. I’m watching my sister gain weight and I feel sick. My mom only forces food upon the girls in my family probably to make us as big as her. I feel really bad about the situation I’m in because she’s still actively forcing food upon me and my sister.
