"Is it a crime to see...

Sometimes, even the kindest and righteous of princess do bad things. Of course the term 'bad' is a relative term, and what you do in regards to it can truly determine the severity of your actions... but in the swans's case, using her connections to sneak into Beacon to stargaze from the dorm balcony tops was as 'bad' as it gets. It was more like a bad habit than a a crime really, but all the same, Blanc couldn't help but feel a tad bit guilty for what she was doing. It was enough to put her on edge a few nights, and one day when she walked in on another doing the same thing, she nearly fell from the ladder she had been given to scale the building, giving a little yelp of surprise and fear as her balance wavered before her.

"Karissaaaa....! Karissaaa~!"

It was hard not to spot her former acquaintance in the crowd of strangers. Black hair that matched the bars tattooed to her cheeks, a pair of blue goggles- yup, it was her- it had to be her! : Karissa Bec Hatch, the faunus from the other day in front of the robbed dust shop! Her meeting with Blanc was brief all those times ago that as she broke the reality of Vale's crime spree to her, but from that somewhat upbeat look on the situation (the claim it as getting better- even if it really wasn't...) inspired something but a kinship between the two of them. Well, it was more like an admirer and another, Blanc and Karissa respectively, but that didn't mean Blanc couldn't be excited to see someone she knew right?

Calling out to others- that's how friendships are formed~ 

"Karissa~! Hello! Do you remember me~?" After bouncing up to the other more cheerfully than a child in a toystore, Blanc threw herself before the other, pointing at her self in hopes to stir up some memories.

They often say the future is written in the stars, and sometimes even in the cards. Regardless of the source though, it's hard to not have a fascination with such things. The young princess was no exception, and as word of a legendary huntress in the walls of Beacon Academy reached her ears who could manage such things, you know her level of interest spiked up to the utmost maximum as possible!

All this hype and excitement stemmed from something less cheery though. While the blonde loved mystical things like 'seeing into the future' , she primarily sought this out for something a little more selfless- the future of her kingdom. While she may be a quote on quote 'princess', Blanc was an outcast to her kingdom, labeled as a wanted criminal, with a hefty bounty to her head. This was all falsely instated though- . targeted dead by her arguably 'evil' stepmother, aka a White Fang admin under the guise of a queen. Saving her homeland from such tyranny had become her obsession, so anything that could shed some light to fixing the situation was a instant interest. With that, we see the the full circle of events that created this day.

From her desk at the inn she resided in, Blanc wrote a letter to one Miss Kendra Lila. The blonde really had no permission to be wandering the academy looking for this special individual, so with the best of intentions she wrote a letter of invitation. it was her hope that the other would receive it, and agree to meet with her somewhere. It was a little distant... but with no real way of meeting her otherwise, she had no choice but to believe in her words.

Dear Miss Lila,

Hello! I apologize for sending a letter like this. I am a lady of integrity, and sincerely send you no ill will by this'oddly placed' letter in a time of scrolls and such conversation methods. First of all, please allow me to introduce myself: How else would you grow to trust a letter of mysterious origin right?

I am Blanc Schwan, Princess of the Kingdom Xygnus, a coastal kingdom of Swan Faunus a far ways from the central kingdom of Vale. With that same sincerity, I write to you today in hopes you can assist me, or rather, in hopes that you would consider assisting me. It involves the 'future'.

Whether the answer be yes or no, I thank you for your time! In this letter, I have attached sufficient postal stamps for your reply, and I hope it is not too much trouble for you respond back.

Blanc Schwan

Speaking up was always hard for the swan. Even in the most peaceful of environments- like the city park she wandered in this very moment, she could never find ease. The reason why? The stigma that came with being a faunus. Thanks to her dress, the princess's wings were tucked neatly within, but still yet, the notions of fear- especially being discovered and shunned, never seemed to escape her. It made talking to others more difficult than they needed to be, and as such, the simplest of tasks became oh so problematic.  

In fact, a good example would be right here and now ; the blonde, eager to rest her weary feat from standing all day in the blazing hot sun, was in dire need of a shady spot to stop. Unfortunately for her, every spot was filled. Families gathered with their children, students huddled together gossiping away, there was no room for her to slide her petite self in and take to resting... or well.. almost no room. In the very back of the park, there laid a bench occupied by only one other. One very intimidating other. Long brown hair and shimming golden hues reflected off the scroll she read so intently- Who ever she was, she looked almost in a trance as she read, blocking out everything that was around her, concerned with only herself and the text before her. Blanc seeing this almost walked away from the idle girl to give up on finding a lone seat of her own, but from the pang of her aching legs, she felt herself compelled to just.. well, dare to ask. Just get it over with! she told herself The worst that'll happen is she'll say no.  

Valid points if any right? Forcing herself before the other, she did her best to gently break the other's dedicated focus with her selfish request. If she was lucky, her polite take on it would help the situation- not discourage the other from letting her sit.
