personally, the first time we broke up. i manifested him using a couple different methods. mostly affirmations and the love letter method have worked for me. the main thing you need to understand is that you can’t manifest from desperation. give him space and let yourself heal. you can’t manifest talk to him in related friend groups or if you really need to but most of all, don’t be desperate to get back together. trust the timing God and the universe has for you. i used affirmations because you need to believe that you don’t need him to be happy. once you start being happy without him, his energy will feel you shift into a newer, confident version of yourself. he’ll feel this and start to want you back because he sees how you’re doing without him, and realizes how he’s doing without you, and usually, it’s dull and boring. the second time, i manifested not that we just get back together out of desperation, but because we wanted to improve from our past. when we got back together it wasn’t this desperate reunion, it was a peaceful flow back into friendly conversation that bloomed into getting back together with a mature and improved mindset. since then, we’ve been the best we’ve ever been and i’ve never felt so happy in my relationship.

i traveled from Washington State to South Carolina on July 2nd to spend 2 weeks with my best friend of about 9 years. i’ve been spending most my days at the local YMCA pool and tanning there while i can (i like to swim more than i tan). however, we woke up early (around 7:30-8:00 AM) to spend the day at Jocasse Lake. i mainly hung out with my best friend, Zoe, on her paddle board, but while we sat on the yellow border between the main swimming area and the boat docks, we had her youngest sibling, Ian, walk back and forth to us because when he’d fall in the water he’d get up and say something like “uh oh” instead of crying like my own sister his age would. anyways, when we dried off, we had goats cheese with flatbread and salami. i’ve become very accustomed to their allergies and the alternatives they eat. except for their mac n cheese. i can’t eat lactose free mac n cheese. it started thundering and raining which was pretty cool to see because ive never seen so many swimming in the rain. where im from, its too cold to do that. today’s activities were fun. i enjoy swimming a lot.
