guidelines:

❄️ - use vanilla scented shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, lotion, body spray, etc! smell like you've walked out from a bakery

❄️ - embrace classic foods, without too many ingredients. try to temporarily limit salt, to reduce bloating + dehydration. use lots of cinnamon, ginger, peppermint, and other healing spices.

❄️ - curl up in cozy wool leggings, thick socks, soft sweaters. drink tea from cute mugs, paint your nails a light color.

❄️ - write out wishlists, and lists in general! try to embrace being an organized person. plan and give out perfect gifts to your favorite people!

❄️ - find a way to exercise outdoors. this could be walking, running, using public exercise equipment, etc.. if its cold, finish your exercise before heading back inside. use the temperature as a bit of motivation to finish quicker, not as an excuse to quit.

❄️ - be busy! if youre not busy, find a way to be. learn a new language, devote an hour of time to doing that. exercise, devote half an hour to walking around your neighborhood while listening to a podcast. read a book, watch a new show, pick up litter, do the dishes, clean your house, organize your fridge. keep yourself occupied!

meals:

wake-up: start your morning with a smoothie <3 add half of a frozen banana, about tablespoon of rolled oats, 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract, a dash of cinnamon, 1/2 cup of almond milk, a scoop of protein powder, and as much water as needed to get your desired consistency. blend, then pour into a glass. after drinking that, go do your morning exercise of your choosing.

dinner: after a full day, you need a nutritious, fulfilling meal to come home to. make half of your plate veggies, and try to have at least 1/3 of your plate reserved for your protein source. avoid using oil while cooking your meal, and don’t restrict yourself when it comes to veggies.

dessert: to treat yourself, have a candy cane! they’re a yummy, wintery treat that are typically modest in c4ls, but huge in flavor. eat it while watching a winter film, or drinking a cup of tea!

workout routine:

❄️ - morning

just as you wake up, start your morning with a relaxed, gentle workout to wake up your mind and body. do ~5 minutes of stretching, and then 50 jumping jacks before you go on to tackle the day.

❄️ - after breakfast

after you’ve digested your smoothie, go for a run or walk around your neighborhood. the daily expectation is 10,000 steps from you, if not more, which comes easily when you enjoy walking!

❄️ - before bed

find a workout video/routine you love, and are willing to be consistent with. these are some of my favorites from 📌, but anything goes! finish it off with a 5 to 15 minute cooldown stretch before going to sleep.
