a) I found their reviews on Google as they are rated 4.6/5. It shows that eight people voted for them on Facebook. The Letter M Marketing is very well known in Guelph and they have a strong reputation with their customers.

a) The website is very similar to The Letter M’s. Their layout seems to be the exact same. Very easy to navigate through and they display tabs to see their work and different services they offer. They have their social media platforms attached so anyone can click and investigate. The one thing I would change is their colour preference. They have an off-white and bright orange which makes everything seem tight and a little hard to read. It also seems like they didn’t update their website since 2014 as at the bottom of the website it displays their copyright “2014”.

a) Their website has some pros and cons. They have easy access to view their tabs of services, visuals, and contact. As you scroll down, everything is too busy. There is too much wording and gets a little boring. They make themselves different by focusing on creating ideas and displaying visuals to the customer.
a) They have a variety of services. They offer branding consulting and coaching, strategic planning, graphic design, website development, social media and much more. They focus themselves on getting the customers business recognized by their community and make their brand stand out.
a) There aren’t any reviews of them on Google but on Facebook, they have 80 followers. It seems that they aren’t that engaged with Facebook. Their last post was on June 5th and before that, it was April 7th. Twitter, on the other hand, they have over 3000 followers.
a) No pricing was shown on the website as it seems you would have to call to get a price. Nothing is stated that Kazolu offers free quotes.
