anxiety is the most silently painful experience. it makes no sense and you sit there alone and suffer for a unknown reason. you can’t explain it. you can’t stop it. It is horrible.

what’s cuter than human beings repeatedly taking pictures of the sunset :’) like it happens every day. all over the world. yet we all feel the need to capture that breathtaking moment and those beautiful colors again and again without getting tired of it. our appreciation never fades
