He grinned and kissed her cheek. “We should probably get going to the restaurant. The candy will all still be here when we get back.” He grins

“Okay.” She smiled brightly.

Kaz took her hand and lead her to the restaurant, opening the door for her. “Two under Klinker please.” He murmured to the waiter who checked his schedule and nodded his head. “Right this way.”

Ruby followed him to the table as she looked around at the restaurant. "It's so nice here." She commented.

Kaz chuckled and walked over to her. “I didn’t know there was this many different candies! People at the hollow are missing out.”

“I’m glad we’re here in Auradon…. Together.” She smiled.

Kaz smiled. “I was a little upset of having to leave you at the hollow.” He admitted softly. “I was going to finally ask you out when I got the news from dad that I would be coming here.”

"You were?" She asked curiously. "Well then, I'm really glad I came."

Kaz chuckled and walked over to her. “I didn’t know there was this many different candies! People at the hollow are missing out.”

"I'm glad we're here in Auradon.... Together." She smiled.

Kaz nodded, watching a taffy puller work. “I know. It’s strange but cool.” He hummed, tilting his head to the side as he watched it. “After dinner we can come back here if you’d like and get some candy.”

Ruby smiled at the idea. “Of course I want to come back and get candy.”

Kaz laughed and nodded his head, checking his watch. He smiles at Ruby and let’s her loom around

"I had no idea there were so many different kinds of chocolate." She giggled, standing in front of one of the displays.

“Aren’t I lucky.” She mumbled to herself before sitting down to put on the shoes. 

Lola’s smile brightened immediately. “You’re the best, Ruby.”

"I try." She couldn't help but smile, slipping on the shoes and standing up carefully.

“Why is it so important that I wear these?” She sighed, taking the shoes from her.

“Because I can’t, and I need to live vicariously through you.” Lola rolled her eyes.

"Aren't I lucky." She mumbled to herself before sitting down to put on the shoes. 

“But I’ve never heels in my life!” She defended.

“Well there’s a first time for everything.” Lola laughed, handing her the shoes. “Come on, at least try them on.”

"Why is it so important that I wear these?" She sighed, taking the shoes from her.

“Fine. I wouldn’t die, but I could be seriously injured.” She stated mater of factly. 

“Seriously injured? Oh my god, Ruby, they’re shoes, not bear traps.” Lola laughed.

"But I've never heels in my life!" She defended.

“Actually Lola, I’m pretty sure I’ll die if try to walk in those heels.” She said with an aggravated sigh.

“Oh, don’t be so dramatic. I’ve yet to see anyone done in by a pair of Jimmy Choo’s. A twisted ankle, maybe. Death? Not so much.”

"Fine. I wouldn't die, but I could be seriously injured." She stated mater of factly.
